With reference to various training workshops I have attended & two in-house training programs conducted for our staff, Training programs were quite impressive, intent and objective was clearly defined and was easily understood by all employees. We also got feedback from our employees for conducting this type of training regularly for their growth. It’s really very helpful for improving productivity of employees.
